Large spacious family home, on one level,North facing provides all day sun, with double glazed windows in living area. Views of Mt Wellington and water views North West Bay. Central gas heating, cosy lounge with open fire and wood heater in rumpus room. Family friendly, with surround sound for the kids and adults.     House is situated on a private internal block. Country feel in friendly neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes drive, on the Huon wine trail, close to the Tarkine Wilderness walk, Bruny Island Ferry, Mt Wellington - bush walks. 20 Minutes to Hobart, 35 minutes to the Hobart Airport. No public Transport.
