Helen and Glen live in St Ives, a leafy North Shore suburb of Sydney. Out home is a clean quiet 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with great internal and external entertainment areas including a pool. We are both professionals with our kids having left home. We are non-smokers and are highly respectful of others property. We have either a car or 4WD for consideration of vehicle swap. During swaps sometimes one or more of our adult children will participate with us. We are close to a bus that takes you to Gorden Railway Station in a few minutes, and you can travel the extensive Sydney networks. We are also 10 minutes walk to St Ives village green, mall and many restaurants.

In leafy north shore Sydney, 5 minutes walk to bus which connects with Gordon Station, then 30 minutes to central Sydney on the City Rail network. The houe 10 - 15 minutes walk to St Ives green and mall. A small local shopping centre with three restaurants is 5 minutes walk. The house is on a hillside looking out over the district and Kuringai Chase National Park in very quiet residential areat. Sydneys northern beaches can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
